I want to extend my condolences to the family. Pertha was such a wonderful and sweet Lady. We encountered with several organizations and committees Knights of Peter Claver and Catholic Daughters, & HICC and others. She will be truly miss because of the amount work and time that she gave to everything she does. She rarely said no. We shared a lot of late night talks. Houston, Texas with love.
