Brandon Chase Washington, a brilliant and kind-hearted young man, gained his wings at the age of 25 on May 9th, 2023.
Chase was born on July 30th, 1997, at Hermann Hospital in Houston, TX, to his proud mother Meisha Livingston and Brandon Washington. Despite being limited with sight, Chase was gifted with a purity of heart and mind that was a rare and precious gift to all who knew him. Chase had a gentle soul, a peaceful demeanor, and wisdom far beyond his years.
He graduated from Hastings High School in 2016 and spent his years enriching the lives of everyone he encountered. Chase was known for his brilliant mind, his photographic memory, and his keen sense of history. He had a talent for mastering video games, with his favorite being Crash Bandicoot, and he had a deep love for music and movies.
Chase had a unique ability to touch the hearts of everyone he met, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him. He never made an enemy in his lifetime and was, in many ways, the closest thing to a living angel that anyone could ever hope to encounter. His kind and gentle spirit, coupled with his intellectual brilliance, made him a rare and precious gift to the world.
Chase’s passing has left a deep void in the lives of all those who knew and loved him. His memory will be cherished forever by his family, friends and all who had the honor of knowing him. May he rest in peace, knowing that his life was a shining example of kindness, love, and brilliance.
He’s preceded in death by his great grandparents Mina and PC Killings, grandmother Michelle Washington, and special aunt Margaret Sampson.
He was the beloved son of Meisha “Meishamama” Livingston and Brandon “Daddybase” Washington, the most loving grandson of Sheryl Livingston and Saul Washington, the best big brother to Dimitri, Madison, & Nahlia, and a devoted nephew to Perry, Shaun, Terrance, Mykeisha & Raymond. He is survived by his special cousin Reginald Johnson, his sidekick Sasha, and a host of relatives and friends.
