Sending peace and love to all the family. Frank Hail was a mighty man of peace and love and had a strong bond with my late husband and co-worker Robert Jackson. We too enjoyed Frank's bread pudding and admired his professional dress with eyeglasses to accent his wardrobe. Frank Hail will never be forgotten. Keep smiling family and remember that God needed a Male Angel named Frank Hail.
